Gordon Stewart

Gordon Stewart has been fully qualified for a period of 7 years during which time he has amassed a vast experience of the courts , their procedures , and how to deal with the problems which have to be addressed when clients face criminal charges.

He has appeared as defence agent in all the main courts in Central Scotland and previously worked for the Public Defence Solicitors Office.

Gordon can advise on all matters relating to criminal proceedings including such matters as how to deal with police interview, dealing with the Procurator Fiscals office , custody remands and bail, plea negotiation, outstanding arrest warrants etc.

His work also covers referrals from the children’s panel for offence cases and Court Martial. He can also help and advise as to all aspects of criminal legal aid .
